Salmon Dip

 

If you buy Smoked Salmon Dip in the store it can be quite expense. Here’s a recipe that is easy and tasty and can be made at home.

Start with a few chunks of smoked salmon, cream cheese with chives (at room temperature) some finely chopped white onions, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.   

Flake up the smoked salmon in a small bowl.

Mix in the cream cheese, onions and two or three squirts of Worcestershire. Fork mix until blended. Finally add the horseradish to taste. Your dip should be creamy, with a nice salmon flavor and a bite from the horseradish. ENJOY!
